Academic Excellence

Academic Excellence at Mizel is demonstrated though test scores achieved by third, fourth and fifth graders which fall within the top 15 ^th percentile on standardized achievement tests. Mizel students who participate in essay and drawing contests in the Tulsa area frequently win first, second and third place. Our students shine as winners in the Tulsa Hispanic Citizenship Essay contest. As fifth graders graduate and enter other private and public middle schools, they often enroll in advanced placement courses. Parents have reported this same academic excellence holds true at the high school and university levels.
